I have built up a very good relationship with Pinpoint over the last year and consider them to be the most professional, knowledgeable and useful agency that I use. We are a specialist construction agency and although we always like to recruit people with specialist knowledge of our sector, we are more interested in the personality and aptitude of a person than we are of their previous experience, which means that we need the services of an agency who can look far beyond what is written on a CV and make an assessment of the actual person.
